Then the page loaded but its code did not — which is a different fault from the bot being down, and worth knowing apart.

1. Hard refresh once — Ctrl+Shift+R, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac. A browser holding an older copy of this page asks for a script filename that no longer exists, gets a 404, and runs nothing. That was the cause on 11 Sep and it is fixed at the server, but a browser that cached the old page before the fix still needs telling once.
2. If it survives that, open the developer console (F12) and read the first red line. It names the file that failed, which is the whole diagnosis.
