AI calling agent

Talks to your leads. Hands you the warm ones.

An AI agent that holds a natural phone conversation with your leads, asks your qualifying questions, and transfers the interested ones to a person on your team while they are still on the line. Your dialer keeps placing the calls — you change nothing about how you dial.

How it works

Three steps, and two of them are already yours.

The agent is not a dialer and does not try to be one. It takes over at the moment somebody says hello, and it gives the call back the moment a human should have it.

01

Your dialer places the call

Nothing changes about who you dial, how fast, or the number you show. When a person answers, your dialer passes that call to us over SIP.

02

The agent qualifies them

It speaks your script in your words, answers the questions people actually interrupt with, and works through your qualifying questions in order.

03

It hands the warm one over, live

An interested lead is transferred to a person on your team while they are still on the phone. Everyone else is dispositioned and sent back to you.

What you get

Six things, all of them working today.

Several calls at once

It answers more than one call at a time, so nobody on your floor waits on a ringing phone. We size the number of lines with you before you turn it up.

Your script, your words

Your questions, in your order, with your company name and your offer. You can read the whole thing on screen — there is no hidden prompt.

Warm hand-off

A qualified lead is transferred to a person live, on the same call, rather than dropped into a callback queue to go cold.

Every call on the record

Recording, full transcript, how the call ended and how long each part of it took. Yours to keep, and posted to your system as well.

DNC before dialling

Suppression is on by default and checked before the number is dialled. Load your list, add to it at any time, and see what it stopped.

Works with VICIdial and Asterisk

We need a SIP endpoint to receive the answered call and a webhook to post the outcome back. That is the whole integration.

Industries

Four scripts written, and these are their real opening questions.

Not a list of markets we could serve one day. These four are written, tested and running, and the line under each one is the question the agent actually asks.

Auto insurance

Qualifies drivers on cover, tenure, vehicles and record, then hands them to a licensed agent.

The agent asks“Do you currently have insurance on your vehicle?”

Medicare Part C

Fronting only: it verifies eligibility and passes qualified people to a licensed specialist. It does not sell, quote or advise.

The agent asks“Do you have Medicare Part A and B?”

Solar

Checks the things that decide whether a home can take solar at all before anyone's time is spent on it.

The agent asks“Do you own the home, or are you renting?”

Final expense

A sensitive subject, written to be gentle and unhurried, and to end the call at once if someone is grieving.

The agent asks“Can I ask what age bracket you're in?”

Yours is not on the list? A new script is days of work, not months — the agent reads your questions, it does not have them built in.

After every call

You get the call back, not just a disposition.

This is the part most of this market does not show you. Every call leaves a record, and the same record is posted to your system the moment the call ends.

Transcript
Both sides, turn by turn, with the timings
  • The recording. Both voices, one file, nothing trimmed.
  • The transcript. Every turn, both sides, in order.
  • What happened. Answered or not, qualified or not, transferred or not, and why it ended.
  • The timings. How long each turn took, so a call that felt slow can be looked at rather than argued about.
  • The same thing, posted to you. One webhook, fired when the call ends, carrying the record above — so it lands in your CRM without anybody opening a screen.
Price

One number, per agent, per month.

The same price as the human seat it replaces. Nothing per minute, nothing per transfer, and no separate bill for the recordings or the dashboard.

One agent is one line: one conversation at a time, all day.

Talk about a pilot
  • Your script, written with you. Yours in your words, changed whenever you want it changed.
  • Every call recorded and transcribed. Kept for you, and posted to your system.
  • Warm transfer to your floor. Live, on the same call, not a callback queue.
  • DNC, on by default. Checked before the number is dialled.
  • The dashboard. Every call, every outcome, no extra charge.
  • Your dialer stays yours. No migration, no new dialer to learn.
Questions

The things a floor manager asks first.

Do I have to move off my dialer?

No, and we would rather you did not. Your dialer keeps placing calls, keeps your lists, your pacing and your caller ID. It passes the answered call to us over SIP, and we pass the qualified one back to your floor. If you run VICIdial or Asterisk, this is a dialplan change.

What do you need from me to go live?

Three things: somewhere to send the answered call, a webhook to post the outcome to, and your script. You get back a few lines to paste into your dialplan, and a checklist that turns green on its own when your first call reaches us — so you can see it working rather than take our word.

Does it actually sound like a person?

Judge it rather than believe us. The player at the top is two unedited calls from our own line: one ends in a transfer to a human, the other works through Medicare eligibility. We publish them whole, including the parts where it has to recover.

What happens when someone asks something the script does not cover?

It answers in your words where the script gives it an answer, and it says so plainly where it does not. It is written to stop rather than to invent: on a regulated line an agent that improvises is a liability, not a feature.

How do you handle DNC and compliance?

Suppression is on by default. Your list is checked before a number is dialled, not after the phone rings, and every suppressed attempt is recorded so you can show what was stopped. Scripts that need a recording disclosure carry it in the opening line.

Which industries does it work for?

Four scripts are written and running: auto insurance, Medicare Part C, solar and final expense. Others are days of work, not months — the agent reads your questions, it does not have a fixed set built into it.

What does it cost?

$100 per agent per month — the same as the human seat it replaces, and the same as the going rate in this market. One agent is one line: one conversation at a time. Nothing per minute, nothing per transfer, and the recordings and dashboard are not a separate bill.

Hear a call. Then tell us what you dial.

The fastest way to judge this is ninety seconds of audio and one conversation about your lists. No trial to install and nothing to move.
